I graduated from The Cortiva Institute in St. Petersburg, FL in October 2015 and immediately started working toward my dream, owning and operating my own massage practice. Now that I've acheived that dream, I can't wait to start sharing my knowledge and helping the community acheive relief from their pain and maintain a balanced body. The world today is hard on our bodies and regular massage and help ease those hardship and bring your body back to a more neutral position. I'm certified in Swedish, Neuromuscular (deep tissue), and Myofacial modalities and I have also recieved training in prenatal, sports and reflexology massage techniques.
